Setting Program Milestones

Define key milestones during program setup, including assessments, competency tracking, surveys, hour tracking, and coach collaboration. Incorporate entry requirements, high-stakes assessments, and feedback to ensure apprentices' progress.

Related Instruction and Coursework

Proserva's built-in learning management system lets programs create, deliver, and assess competencies using custom rubrics and coursework. It integrates smoothly with existing LMS platforms, supporting SCORM file uploads for easy course delivery.

Competency & Hour Tracking

Programs can select rubrics to guide evaluations across different components. Align assignments, observations, and assessments with specific indicators or rubrics. Use the master rubric to track progress across individual indicators and see which activities contribute to overall growth.

Conferences & Goal Setting

Customize conference types like mid-year reviews or create ad-hoc sessions for specific needs. Apprentices can compile evidence using text, links, images, and files aligned with standards, building a comprehensive portfolio that highlights their growth.

Proserva supports Hamline University’s innovative Para Pathway program, aims to help paraprofessionals across the state in earning bachelor's degrees and teaching licenses in order to address the growing teacher shortage.

Conferences are set at the district (and/or school) level to ensure each teacher is being given the same guidance and support every year.

All coaching elements can be used and are automatically made available for CEU’s within Proserva.
